We are super proud to be able to offer this amazing vintage 1958 Fender Tweed Princeton “Narrow Panel” 1×8″ tube guitar combo amplifier.  Serial number P02948. Letter code is HI giving it a birth date of Sept of 1958. This amazing amp puts out around 4 watts  through a single 8″ speaker.  It is one of the best recording amps known to man.  It has its original Oxford speaker dating to the 23rd week of 1958. This one has its original transformers and speaker.  As you can see from the photos, it has been serviced and had the caps replaced as needed.  The amp is in very nice condition.  The tweed has some wear at the bottom corners but overall very clean shape.  The handle is a replacement.  It is loaded with some nice tubes.  It has an RCA 12AX7, an RCA 6V6, and a GE 5Y3 rectifier.  It has a 2- prong plug on it with a long cable. The amplifier also included its original Victoria luggage company cover.  The cover is in fair shape with some tears and separation.   Even has its original piece of tape on the inside of the chassis with the builders name. All in all, this Princeton is ready to rock.  It is quite inspiring to play through.  Sometimes you just need to keep it simple.
