Description

Here we have a beautiful vintage Harmony H954 Broadway Acoustic Guitar.  It is an Archtop design. Made in 1965.  The guitar is in very good overall condition.  Most noticeably it has a crack on the back that has been glued. The split is along the edge near the binding.  Treble side.  (see photos).    The guitar plays really well.  No truss rod but the neck is mostly straight. It has a bit of relief in it but it does not have super high action.  It is quite good and is a blast to play.  Its strung with bronze round wounds.  The tuners are original.  The bridge has been replaced with an ABR tune-o-matic style.  The original pickguard is missing but the screws to mount it are in place.  The frets are in good shape with some wear but tons of life left in them.  Typical wear for a vintage guitar. The binding has some cracking. There are marks, dings,  and scuffs throughout the guitar.  Not collector condition but a very good player.  It comes with its original chipboard style case.  The vintage Harmony guitars are great players and have a wonderful tone to them.  Plus they look great on a stand in the living room too!   Maybe its time to add this to your collection.  Thanks for looking and happy buying!
