Description

Here we have a pre owned Fender FSR Special Edition Precision Bass Special 4- string electric bass.  Made in 2015 in Mexico.  This was a special run by Fender.  It features a 34″ scale 70’s Jazz bass Maple neck with Maple fingerboard and black block inlays.  Alder body with a very cool Sea Foam Pearl Urethane finish.  Its the best of both worlds.  A jazz neck with a 1.5″ nut width and a Precision body with a P/J pickup setup.   Beefy High Mass bridge and chrome hardware all around.    This one has just been strung with D’Addario 45-100’s and is playing great.  The neck is straight and there truss rod works perfectly in both directions.  The frets are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear.   Cosmetically, the bass is in very good condition.  It has some nicks, scuffs, and small indents.  There is one bank on the bottom edge on the bass side (see photo)   The wood is indented and the finish has chipped a bit.  There are some light marks on the front and back of the headstock but nothing major.  There are two small indents.  One is on the front and one on the back towards the bottom.  Normal wear and tear for a bass that has been played but not abused.  This bass weighs 9lbs 6oz.   A nice padded gig bag is included as well.  Please see all photos for detailed condition.  All in all, this bass is ready to rock.  Solid build quality and the best of both the Jazz and the Precision bass combined.
