Here we have a pre owned Fender Yngwie Malmsteen Signature Model Stratocaster guitar. Made in the USA in 2006.  This is a version 2.   The Yngwie Strat has all the features just like his guitars.  Scalloped fretboard, Dimarzio pickups, 70’s large headstock, and the classic Olympic White (Cream) finish.   This one has a Nitro finished neck with some nice checking.  This guitar weighs 7lbs 5oz.  It comes with its tweed hard shell case, paperwork, and tremolo arm. 

This guitar has just been setup by our technician and is playing great.  Strung with 9-42’s.   The neck is straight and the truss rod is working nicely with good travel in both directions.  The frets are in great shape with minimal signs of wear.  The guitar plays cleanly up and down the fingerboard with no issues.

 
Cosmetically, this guitar is in good to very good condition.  There are marks, scuffs, small indents, and a couple of chips.  Most noticeable is the chip on the bottom of the guitar.  It is about .5″ long.   There is a finish stress crack in the lower cutaway.   General marks and play wear on all sides.   The back of the guitar has some worming and general finish marks.  They are evident across the entire back.   It has been played  and played well but not abused.  

All in all, this Yngwie Strat plays and sounds great.  While not a case queen, she’s got plenty of life left in her.   If you are looking for one that has already had the first few dings put on, then this one is for you.  Thanks for looking and happy buying!
